A quick and easy to make Vegetarian Fried rice with mushroom balls, veg stewed lamb chunks, peas, corn, capsicum mixed with soy sauce.

  1. Cook rice or if you have some left over from the previous night use that
  2. Cut the mushroom balls into quarters

  4. Add the Veg Stewed Lamb Chunks to the wok and fry until brown
