  1. Drain the tuna in a strainer in the sink
  2. Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes
  3. Mix the vegan tuna with Vegenaise, salt and pepper
  4. Spread tuna mixture on 2 slices of bread.
  5. Layer the cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes
  6. Top with remaining bread slices and use sandwich press to toast
