  1. Boil a pot of water and add 2 tbsp of salt in the water
  2. Place spaghetti in the boiling water

  3. Slice the mushrooms into small pieces
  4. Saute chopped mushrooms with olive oil
  5. When golden brown take out and let it cool
  6. Mix the mushroom with Funky Field Mince and make mini vegan meat balls
  7. Pan fry the vegan meat balls

  8. When vegan meat ball is cooked, pour 600g Passatta into the pan and add 1/2 cup of water from the pot
  9. Stir and add 3 tspn of Italian mixed herbs

  10. Check spaghetti whether it is el-dente then drain the spaghetti when ready
  11. Add spaghetti into the pan with vegan meat balls and passatta
  12. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and vegetarian seasoning
